As the Director of the Public Sector Group (PSG) at Microsoft Hong Kong, Serena manages Microsoft’s relationships with the HKSAR Government, as well as customers from the education and healthcare sectors. She also leads the business growth and cloud transformation in the Public Sector Group, aligning with the government’s Digital 21 Strategy.
