Andrew is Assistant Director at the Greater London Authority. He is passionate about exploring the growing use of data to improve public services and change urban environments. He is establishing a London Office of Data Analytics to widen the adoption of data science. In preparing the next Smart London Plan, Andrew is building the case for a collaborative framework that will increase ‘technology preparedness’ and drive the efficient sharing of valuable technology and digital skills in the capital.
